tornadoresearch
What is the dating on your most recent YouTube upload that you think we need to see in order to troubleshoot the issue that you present? I am not finding any "most recent" videos under the name of tornadoresearch. The first one that I found (dated 2013) is named Man Films Tornado Coming Directly At Him. In that situation, choppy is the least of that video's problems. Are you looking for video stabilization for video which is a recording of live tornados?
Whatever the case, the visuals need to be backed with details to troubleshoot the problem. Please refer to post numbered 2.
Please review, consider, and supply more information.
Thanks.
