I'm a designer, not a web monkey. I buy Creative Cloud, and use Muse, which tells you my web-savvy level, or lack thereof. I am not ashamed of this: it's the MESSAGE, not the technology, which interests me.
I just spend 90 minutes on a support chat with BC, trying to figure out how to order additional emails addresses for a client which is hosted on BC. I think I asked the simple question, "How do I order additional email addresses for my client's site?" about 14 times in that hour and a half. Ultimately, they figured it out, but unless one is guided by a support specialist (who wasn't all that smart or informed, honestly) for an hour and a half, it would be IMPOSSIBLE to do this simple task.
This entire Business Catalyst thing needs to be blown sky-high and rebuilt from the ground up, not by engineers, but by human-interface designers. It is a horrible non-intuitive mess.
