There is no other  Product like Bridge CC for Elements.But you can work from Bridge with Elements 13.

In Bridge CC if you go to Adobe Bridge>Preferences>File Type Associations you can set Elements13 for the default for various file Types

Here is a screenshot of Bridge CC Preferences

Once set Elements Editor as your Default Editor for any file type.You can Edit your Pictures in Photoshop elements from Bridge.
