I am trying to install Premiere Pro and Media Encoder for my media film project,both programs get to 43% with their installation/download and stop downloading. When clicking "learn more" on both downloads I get a pop out message that reads "Installation Failed Another installer instance is running. Wait for it to finish and try again.(36)"
I desperately need Premiere Pro up and running ASAP as my film is due in soon.
