I just got finished downloading and installing Photoshop Elements 14 and Premiere Elements 14. I used Windows 7 64 bit for now.
I will be reporting on what Adobe has done with 14. Adobe Revel (Elements Organizer) and Private Web Album (Adobe Revel) in the Publish+Share area are gone. Publish+Share is now Export+Share and is a distant cousin to Publish+Share that was.
What has been done to the workflows is even more interesting than the marketed/packaged new features such as Motion Titles et al.
If you want, I will re-read your thread again to see if I can find something we have not explored for resolving the problems that you are facing with 13.
