Update #2: Restarted my computer and booted into Safe Mode. When I attempted to open Premiere, I received the following error message:
The instruction at 0x08bb5826 referenced memory at 0x00000000. The memory could not be read/ Click on OK to terminate the program.
Attempted to open Audition, same result.
