Just to add a little more detail: the problem is not that the trial has continued. The trial is over and there is nothing to cancel. The problem is that you now have an app on your system, Acrobat Pro, which you cannot run because its trial term is over. Your choices are to license it or uninstall it. You uninstall it using the Programs Control panel in Windows, or using the special Uninstaller app in the Acrobat folder on Mac.
