Ladies and Gentlemen,
On august 28 I tried to download "Adobe Reader". Indeed several items were downloaded, of which I ingore the use - but
not Adobe Reader - and my credit card was debited with CHF 21.60
I tried to contact you for explanations by mail at storemanager@adobe.com and message@adobe.com but, as most Suppliers
of software, there was no way of getting through to you.
The amount being modest I simply dropped the issue although good business practices would suggest that a sale, paid for,
is followed by an invoice.
I went out of my way to secure this link in order to contct you.
Much to my surprise, on September 28, I was again debited with CHF 21.60. It looks as if you think that I booked a subscription against monthly payments.
THIS IS NOT SO !!! I still do not know what kind of use I am supposed to make with what you supplied on August 28, nör did I subscribe
anything ...... and I am inclined to think that I am faced with a fraudulent action.
Whatever the case, I give formal and immediate notice to any further supply or subscritpion by you and not not authorize you to debit my credit card or
account with any further amount.
KIndly confirm and please supply explanations.
Thank you for your attention. Best regards.
Yours truly
