Alright, so this is a huge frustration now.
I work at an academy/university (NHTV Academy for Leisure, Breda, Netherlands) and I work with teachers. I work at the A/V department, so we need Creative Cloud to work on. We let the teacher buy a yearly subscription via Surfspot.nl, it's a website connected to Adobe (they certainly have some kind of deal). He bought a license, and got the product code. Then i clicked 'Download' and it forwarded me to a login page. I needed to attach the product code to an Adobe ID. I hesitated between my own existing Adobe ID and another ID that we made for the AV team. First I inserted mine, clicked on next, but then I changed my mind, went back and logged in to the AV Team's Adobe ID. All alright, inserted the license code, and completed. But after I clicked 'complete' I saw I was logged in to my OWN Adobe ID.
Now, I don't know how or why, the license is neither activated on the AV Team's ID and my own ID, just both have the 'free trial subscription' activated, and not the 'teacher subscription'-thing. Where has my license code gone? Now when I try to activate it again, it says it's already taken.
How to fix this bug?
