Hi,
I just paid for the Creative Cloud single-app membership for Acrobat Pro (one-year) and my Acrobat DC software still shows that it is a trial version. If i try to activate it, it asks for a serial number. The My account page at adobe does not show any product in my products and no order is showed in the My Order History. The payment has gone through as the monthly charges have been debited to my card. Also, i have received a mail confirming the order along with my order number. However, i have not received any serial number.
How do i activate the Acrobat DC and how do i get the serial number.
