Send and Track

I am trialing Adobe DC (up from Standard) and following the procedure to load an attachment in Outlook using Send and Track.

Outlook is set to HTML message format and I am logged into DC on my local PC and my account on the web.

 

Though everytime I go to attach a file - I get the error below, saying ID not found.

 

Can anyone suggest a reason why this is happening
