It may be correct that it doesn't cause any issues, BUT:
It is absolutely normal in a Company which uses professional Client Management and Software deployment Tools that you a re able to both install and uninstall a package without any Tools remaining on the Client, SILENTLY, without user interaction. Why should the Creative Cloud App remain on a Client if the user of the Client won't work with any type of Adobe software again?
Please, urgently address this issue and either create a possibility to create packages WITHOUT the Creative Cloud (there is simply no use for it in our Environment, for example), or at least make it possible to silently remove it along with the package it has been installed with.
