CC2015 - Export As... feature does nothing

I am experiencing the same issue as reported in this thread months ago.

I am able to use the legacy 'Save for Web' option, but 'Export As' appears to do nothing.  No dialog window, no error.  Surprisingly, 'Quick Export as PNG' does bring up the explorer dialog and allows me to save a PNG, but with no options. 

The previous thread recommended to look for the generator log.  I can submit this to Adobe support if provided the path to the log file.  I'm running Windows 7 and Photoshop CC 2015.0.1.
