CC does not sync graphic styles, brushes, symbols and swatches.

I offer training and support to fashion business and schools. I have a great creative cloud issue as all of our customers have as well.

https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/sync-settings.html

In the link above Adobe promises that Creative Cloud does sync the graphic styles, brushes, symbols and swatch libraries. In reality this does NOT happen. I am already experimenting this issue since day one Creative Cloud started.

Myself and our customers have big problems when Adobe updates to a new Illustrator version. When an Adobe customer upgrades, the following settings and assets are NOT synced:

* graphic style libraries

* brushes libraries

* symbols libraries

* swatches libraries

* scripts

* actions

We offer our customers a package of usefull add-ons in the terms of written above. Everytime a customer updates an Illustrator version we have to re-configure Illustrator remotely using Teamviewer. Although Adobe DOES promise it should sync all of these assets except scripts.

I sincerally hope that there is a way to get in contact with Adobe to discuss this issue. What is the use of an expensive Creative Cloud subscription when the sync does not do what it promises.

Adobe will probably say, you need to use the Creative Cloud Libraries from now on. Unfortunately, this Libraries feature does not save graphic styles, pattern brushes, scatter brushes, pattern swatches, scripts, etc. Making it useless for most of the designers in fashion.

Anyone who has something to offer on contact information inside Adobe, of has issues, or knows solutions, let me know!
