Sorry for the inconvenience. If re-start of machine after removing Acrobat DC from suite does not help, you may need to use CC cleaner tool from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.htmland restart the system, to resolve the issue. (Re-install other product from suite, as required).
Alternately (assuming that you have Creative Cloud license), please feel free to download from Download Acrobat DC (Continuous) | Enterprise or VIP and install it choosing the "trial or subscription" button instead of "serial number."
