Re: Photoshop Elements 14 and Photoshop Elements 14 Premiere Fail to Initialize.

I thought that this was the forum, recommended by Adobe to get help?

 

To bring the story of Adobe's efforts (?) to help up to date:

Yesterday I got a phone message and an email asking me to contact them re this problem, it already has a case number, and I thought "great, action at last, they've found a solution".

How wrong I was as back into the time wasting and totally inefficient chat system I went - 35 mins waiting for an agent to answer; then 25 mins waiting for the agent to find the case details; then all he could suggest was downloading and running Adobe 'cleaning tool' whilst he waited. I downloaded and ran, which did absolutely nothing and while I was doing it he went off line.

Fantastic customer service, not, Adobe

 

I now find that I cannot reinstall Elements 13 due to the same "Failure to Initialize" problem.

 

Is there anywhere a phone number for Adobe to call direct and get help?
