I have Adobe PRO X on one PC and I need to move it to a new PC. I tried the online registration from the HELP tab and I get an "Network Error Try again Later" No joy for two days. The Adobe Customer support Chat was LESS than useless.
1 hour of my life I will never get back. I do not have the purchase information as it was years ago. I've been running PRO X for many years. If try the "Deactivate" feature it tells me it will remove the serial number so it seems that the number resides on the PC somewhere.
Any thoughts?
