The only version that Adobe now sells outright (as opposed to on subscription) is CS6. However, you can buy it only by phone, and the sales agents are instructed not to sell it to anyone using a version of Windows later than 7. Even if you switch to CS6, you'll find it very different from Dreamweaver 4.
