Hello.I am using photoshop CC on 64bit Win 10 system. Program seems to work ok, but my cursor is showing loading sign constantly, or as long as program is open. That little blue circle keeps spinning-When i open a photo and move cursor on it, only then it stops.As soon as i move cursor outside the photo box the loading sign pops up again. I tried trashing PS preferences, but it did't help.Any idea from anyone? Thanks
