We are running Photoshop CC 2015. Shortly after installation, every time we open the program the whole computer slows to almost a halt. CPU is usually 15 ballpark and whenever Adobe PS is opened it goes into the 90's. Then as soon as the program is closed, the computer goes back to normal after about 20-30 seconds.
We have tried reinstalling, repairs, removing several other programs to make sure nothing was conflicting. Also found a host file fix that worked for a day or two then same thing began again.
This has been going on for about a month now, any suggestions would be appreciated.
