Photoshop itself doesn't have a built in media player. You need an external app and the correct codecs on your system to view media files. There are plenty to choose from Quicktime from Apple, Media player from Microsoft, DivX media player, Jaksta Media player. As you haven't given any real system details its impossible to be more specific or diagnose a problem if one exists. You need to say at least what type of media file your attempting to play, without that no one can help
