I have 3 users on Mac's doing desktop publishing.
We had them all on CS5.5 and CS6. When using these they could open/edit ID Datamerge files with ease.
Now that they are upgraded to CC2015, when trying to open same documents from network the files and ID crash. I had them test by moving these same files from the network, to their local drive on their Mac. When they did this the files opened up just fine. Going back to the network copies they would crash again. Adobe support seems to insist its a problem with our network, but we didnt have this problem before the upgrade.
Does anyone know of any solutions to this, other than getting refunds on our CC2015 accounts and reinstalling the older versions of CS.X ?
