You may be better off installing Coldfusion which requires an IIS environment and install the database (MSAccess) within Coldfusion. I have done this in the past and, in contrast to some of the stories, it works quite well.
Oops, in the above I was talking about a project about 15 years ago. Reading this article it can still be done but not quite as easily as back then.
