Thanks for the replies.

Unlike Premiere Elements 10, Premiere Elements 11 and after does not have Leading (spacing between lines) and Kerning (spacing between 2 letters) options in the Titler workspace where the Premiere Elements text titles are created. Photoshop Elements 11 Editor text has a leading option, and the kerning type option is available after selection of Asian Text in the text preferences. If you want more space between letters, consider two spaces after each letter with the space when you are using either Premiere Elements 11 Titler or Photoshop Elements Editor text? I would stay with the Premiere Elements Titler on this. But, you can explore and experiment.

It is expected that Crop keyframes will need adjustments after font and altering the space between letters.

I did not get a chance today to write up the detailed how to. Plan is to get it done tomorrow. When you see the how to and work through it, you can decide what customization is needed.

To be continued
