been working on this with adobe support. the temp fix is to export to media encoder, then render there. it works.
I’m going to continue to work with tech support and will post a solution here once one is figured out.
the problem happens even in a new project with nothing more than a solid and some txt created.
also, tech support has never once asked me for my machine specs. pointless question you only see in forums.
