Thanks Sheena.... I have downloaded the CC desktop manager and all I get ( I am logged in to Adobe) is the spinning circle without and apps showing.  I am clueless as to why...  Any ideas?

Also... would you have any idea where I go to delete all installed versions of Adobe extension manager?
