You either fouled up the pixel aspect ratio or used the wrong settings. If you don't understand non square pixels completely then ALWAYS work in square pixels in AE. Use the Square Pixel Presets for your comps. AE will properly interpret non square footage and keep it from being distorted. Premiere Pro will know that you have rendered square pixels and automatically make the adjustments necessary to keep the footage undistorted. Without knowing exactly what the original frame size, frame rate, and format of the footage was, what the Premiere Pro sequence was set to, what your composition settings were, and what your render settings were it's impossible to tell where the error was made. If the footage is not letterboxed then you can probably just scale it to fit in Premiere Pro, but the best option is to figure out where you made the mistake.
