旧来の読み込（サムネイル表示）み画面にしたいのですよね？Windows であればLightroom起動後に編集→環境設定→一般タブにある「写真の追加」画面表示 この項目のチェックを外し Lightroomを再起動すればよいと思います。私の勘違いであればスルーしてください。
