problem was solved by removing ExtensisFontManagementAECC2018 file from the After Effects plug-ins folder. I just wasn't aware that Extensis UTC installs a separated plugin for After Effects by default.

Les utilisateurs de la suite Adobe, devraient être habitués (et c'est vrai aussi pour d'autres màj comme celle des pilotes ou des OS), toute MàJ est susceptible d'apporter un lot d’améliorations appréciées mais aussi un lot de problèmes potentiels que les éditeurs s'efforcent de résoudre plus ou moins vite.
Il y a deux écoles, ceux qui aimeraient moins de m à jour mais plus abouties et ceux qui préfèrent avoir très vite les dernières nouveautés apportées par les logiciels et OS (je ne parle pas des correctifs).
Souvent ceux qui se plaignent des m à j trop fréquentes sont les mêmes qui se précipitent pour utiliser les dernières versions
Je viens de faire la MàJ sur mon Laptop en v1803 et à part le message d'erreur sur Myportfolio corrigé rapidement par Adobe je n'ai rencontré aucun des derniers problèmes signalés. Ce qui ne veut pas dire qu'il n'y en aura pas

You say you saved two versions. Are both empty? Are they really empty (i.e. file size zero), or perhaps just broken?
If they are empty, then, obviously, there's nothing you can do - unless you have backup.
Since I totally hate doing anything twice, I have lots of backups. Windows has a feature to save versions of files, then I use Macrium Reflect and Crash Plan for regular automatic backups. There are lots of others, Acronis, Carbonite, ... Won't help you to get your files back now. Files will get lost once in a while, no way around it. But no big deal, as long as there's backup.

It's about Illustrator, but there may be a chance that Animate has something similar.
EDIT: Then of course, if saving on cloud storage, such as Google Drive of Dropbox, those usually keep versions of your file that you can revert to if something goes wrong.
Have you looked into »Select and Mask«?
In any case the subject’s edges appear to need decontaminating – whether done with »Select and Mask« or manually is up to you.

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
What have you done for trouble-shooting so far?
Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

HI, I purchased the Premiere Pro CC, after importing several different videos and playing them back on the display they are all really grainy, lagging and choppy. These are 4k video and they are beautiful video before importing them into Adobe Premiere. Please help because I do not even know where to begin. thanks

Thanks, that kind of helped but I still seem to ave over 1000 images that I just can't seem to access to remove from the cloud storage.
I would like to clear the cloud storage so I can add new images to edit.
Can this only be done while on line and logged into the web site or can it be done from the Lightroom CC loaded to my tablet?

I am trying to use RTE inside multifield for AEM 6.3 touch UI. I am facing the below listed problems.
1.Paraformat style(p,h1,h2,h3,etc..) is getting applied for the entire line, instead of selected words on the same line.
2.How to include color picker inside RTE.
3.When edit dialog is opened for the first time for authoring, author is not able to enter the text inside RTE present in multifield, whereas it works fine outside the multifield. Then, author gives ok without entering any text in RTE inside multifield. When edit dialog is opened for second time, able to enter the text in RTE present inside multifield.
this is EXACTLY why I hate CC, it keeps messing with my tools and makes PS unusable any longer!

Does not work. Followed these steps.
Très étrange.... hier désespérée, je décide de fouiller dans les paramètres de photoshop (je l'avais désinstallé et réinstallé sans succès) et principalement dans les préférences -->camera raw, je constate que dans "Performance" "utiliser un processeur graphique" est décoché, je tente et coche la case.
Là miracle, mon problème est résolu (bien que le menu 3D soit toujours grisé et inaccessible).
Ce matin, je teste à nouveau, camera raw fonctionne, mais la case "utiliser un processeur graphique" est à nouveau décochée????
Et toujours pas de menu 3D.
Bref, mon problème est résolu (mais j'ai peur que ce soit ponctuel, je ne comprends pas ce qui s'est passé).

Sorry for the delay in response.
We have tried to replicate the issue at our end in the same environment. It works fine.
Please try once uninstalling the application using the Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool on your Mac.
Run the cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs and reboot the machine.
Then re-install the application from here Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
Check if that resolves the issue.

Thanks for reporting the issue.
Would you be able to collect and upload log files from your system?
Here is a link to an article about the tool with a link to download it.
The tool will create a zip file on the desktop of all the log files. Please could you send us your logs (punaggar@adobe.com) using the tool.
Also, can you please share your folder location specified in the Creative Cloud files folder in the Preferences.
Engineering may have some additional questions but this will help us get started.
