Did it unistall Acrobat version 9 still after updating the Creative Cloud Desktop?
This was in the release notes for the latest Creative Cloud Desktop in installed today:

This update brings in significant improvements in the installation experience:
Processes that conflict with the installation of products are shown before the download
starts. What's more, the notifications about the conflicting processes are much more helpful.
Acrobat DC download and installation is enhanced to support already-installed versions of
Acrobat.

Note the bold item. I will NEVER update to Acrobat Pro DC if it removes my older version. Does any know if now with the current CC desktop it will not?
