I have tried in the following order an uninstall... restart system.... deleted the Bridge CC folders in Program Files and in Appdata.... reinstall Bridge CC and yet it does not start. I don't see any...

InDesign は使っておりませんが...Pantone 10101というと「PANTONE+ Premium Metallics Coated」ですね。それを使わなければ問題無いのでしょうか。単純にそのカラーブックが壊れているだけかもしれませんから、Illustrator等からそのカラーブックをコピーしてみたらどうでしょう。 InDesign固有の問題かもしれませんので、これ以上の事はわかりません。
